Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production since 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more accurate placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system offers much more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide a large variety of optional attachments and these telehandlers could really help you accomplish your needs, whilst being safe and efficient at the worksite. When accuracy and precision are really important, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you require.
The Future
Numerous attachments have been designed and made in order to make rough terrain lift trucks as efficient as possible. Winches, booms and rotating fork carriages allow the forklift to position materials in a more precise way. The booms or articulating booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and could reach up and over structures in order to position loads on interior roof slope settings or in the upper or center floors. New attachments and products are being made and designed all the time and would be available in the future.
Many improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. Like for example, load-reach management devices can automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled as opposed to depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are used to be able to know the weight of the load. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
The memory of the boom would compare the extension and the angle of the boom with the safety limits, once the load is being placed into position. There is an important lock-up device or a warning system that prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
