Forks
The tines need to be inspected for wear, cracks and damage as worn or cracked forks can fail with out any warnings. Of course, any damaged fork means immediately taking the truck out of service. If the cracks are deeper than just on the surface, they should be replaced as they really can't be safely repaired.
